We make every effort to present our garments, colours, fabrics and finishes as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Many ái vi pieces incorporate repurposed textile offcuts sourced directly from the manufactory. Due to the nature and limited availability of these materials, slight variations in texture, placement, colour or finish may occur between individual garments.

These variations are part of the character and craftsmanship of each piece and are not considered faults unless the item is otherwise defective or materially different from its description.

Product measurements and sizing information are provided as guidance. Please refer to the individual product page and size guide before placing your order.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order is accepted once we confirm that it has been processed for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where, for example:

• an item is unavailable;
• there has been an obvious pricing or product information error;
• payment cannot be authorised; or
• we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

All prices on the ái vi online store are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are not included in the listed product price and will be calculated and displayed separately at checkout before your order is confirmed.

For international orders, customers may also be responsible for import duties, customs charges and local taxes imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Any such duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated processing and delivery times are stated during checkout or on the relevant product page.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before payment.

Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Certain ái vi pieces are available on a pre-order basis and are produced in-house in our London atelier.

Pre-order garments may require up to 2–3 months for production before dispatch.

Each piece is produced with close attention to its cut, construction, material and finish. During periods of high demand, we may require the full estimated production timeframe.

The expected production period will be stated on the relevant product page before purchase.

Any estimated completion or dispatch date is provided as a guide. If there is a significant delay beyond the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an update.

We hope you love your ái vi piece. If you change your mind about an eligible online purchase, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Once you have notified us, the item must be returned within a further 14 days.

To arrange a return, please contact info@aivi.uk and include your order number.

Returned garments should be:

• unworn other than what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try on the garment;
• unwashed;
• undamaged;
• returned with original tags attached where possible; and
• returned with any original packaging where reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to reduce a refund where the value of an item has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining the garment.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Where required by law, we will refund the purchase price together with the cost of our standard outbound delivery option. Any additional amount paid for express, priority or upgraded delivery is not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Certain ái vi garments may be supplied with a hygiene seal or protective strip due to their intimate nature.

Where an item is sealed for health or hygiene reasons and becomes unsuitable for return once that seal has been removed or broken, the right to cancel may no longer apply.

Please therefore try on applicable garments without removing any hygiene seals or protective strips until you are certain that you wish to keep them.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Certain garments may be made specifically to a customer's individual measurements, altered to their specifications or personalised at their request.

Where a garment is genuinely made to your individual specification or personalised for you, it may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return.

Any such restriction will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us at info@aivi.uk with your order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

Repurposing existing materials forms part of the ái vi design process.

Each ái vi piece is designed in our London atelier, where fabrics are carefully selected with a focus on repurposing textile scraps sourced directly from the manufactory.

At least 25% of each garment incorporates repurposed textile material, allowing us to reduce textile waste while maintaining the quality, construction and character of each design.

Because these textiles originate from existing manufacturing material and are often available only in limited quantities, small variations between individual garments may occur.

All ái vi garments must be hand-washed only, unless a different care method is specifically stated on the individual product page or garment care label.

Due to the delicate nature of the fabrics, trims, finishes and construction used across our pieces, garments should be handled with care at all times.

Customers should always follow the care instructions supplied with their garment.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

• machine washing where hand-washing is specified;
• tumble drying;
• inappropriate cleaning methods;
• failure to follow the garment care instructions;
• accidental damage;
• misuse; or
• normal wear and tear.

This does not affect any statutory rights relating to goods that were faulty when supplied.

All garment designs, photographs, campaign imagery, graphics, branding, logos, text, layouts and other creative content appearing on the ái vi website are owned by ái vi or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or used without prior written permission.

Nothing on this website grants any licence to use the ái vi name, branding, designs or intellectual property without our consent.

We aim to ensure that all information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.

Occasionally, errors may occur in relation to pricing, availability, imagery, measurements or product descriptions.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and, where an existing order is affected, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

Because some ái vi pieces are produced in limited quantities or using limited textile offcuts, availability may change.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or other statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, ái vi is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

From time to time, ái vi may offer promotional codes, discounts or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• only one promotional code may be used per order;
• codes may be subject to expiry dates or product exclusions; and
• promotional offers may be withdrawn or amended where reasonably necessary.

Any specific conditions attached to an offer will be communicated alongside that promotion.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections available under the laws applicable in your place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services or applicable law.

The terms applying to your purchase will be the version available on our website at the time your order is placed.

Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings.

Payments: pre-orders are paid through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Orders: we use your name, email, address, size and delivery choice to make and deliver your piece, and to send order emails. If you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign source is stored with your order.
